$155 per hour (standard, non-emergency rate)

About Us
Our dedicated team is here to help you with any problem you may have with your computer, network, printer, or other device! You also have access to rate information, our office location, and other helpful information.
<b>Aaron Schacht, Owner (Ext. 703)</b>
For nearly 20 years, Aaron has done everything from troubleshooting residential PCs to installing complete network systems for business customers. He also develops robust database solutions (contact management, accounting, medical scheduling, etc.) using Microsoft Visual FoxPro.
<b>Valerie Metzgar, Enterprise Engineer (Ext. 705)</b>
Valerie has strong technical skills in enterprise software deployments and is comfortable assisting customers in both the technical and functional/operational aspects of the software with a focus on both technical and interpersonal skills. Valerie is our "jack of all trades" here at CCS. If you get a chance to visit our office, Valerie's pug Sasha is just about the cutest thing you will ever see.

PC Resources
This section provides you with the resources you need to keep your PC running efficiently. Our experiences in the field, and feedback from customers, dictate what resources appear in this section.
Mac Resources
This section is for Mac newbies and fanatics alike. Don't be under the illusion that Macs are simple machines. Although easy to use, Macs have a tremendous amount of power under the hood.
Tips & Tricks
Knowledge is power - this is particularly true with computers. We attempt to provide our customers with self-help resources, so many common problems can be solved without the need for our support. We also provide helpful tips so you can be more productive on your Mac or PC.

Access to resources for support. Includes instructions for report support, as well as other materials that may be helpful in solving simple problems.
Recycling
<b>It is critically important to donate or recycle computer equipment that you no longer have any use for. We are committed to making recycling easy and accessible for our customers by providing our office as a drop-off center for computers, monitors, and other related equipment. We only recover fees charged to us by EcoCycle, and charge nothing for our time to process the equipment.</b>

<li>There are 4-8 pounds of lead in every computer monitor, and there is lead in most of the solder points in electronic product circuit boards. Between 1997 and 2004, 315 million computers became obsolete, along with millions of other electronic products.</li>
<li>By 2005, most people will trade in their computers for new models within 2 years of purchasing them.</li>
<li>Dumping 315 million computers into landfills amounts to the introduction of 1.2 billion pounds of lead, 2 million pounds of cadmium, and 400,000 pounds of mercury into waste streams.</li>
